• Client Venues & Representatives: Business and restaurant name, contact personnel names, email addresses, business telephone numbers, establishment address, and kitchen brigade staffing specifications.

We process your personal information on the following statutory grounds:

• With Client Establishments: Candidate culinary summaries, experience, and certifications are presented to prospective hospitality venues only with candidate awareness and consent for specific assignments or trials.
• Professional Service Providers: Secure UK-compliant cloud hosting, encrypted document storage, and payroll processors subject to binding data processing agreements.
• Statutory Authorities: Disclosed when mandated by UK law, court order, HMRC, or the Home Office.

5. Statutory Retention Schedules

• Financial, Billing & Payroll Records: Kept for 6 statutory tax years in accordance with HMRC rules and the Taxes Management Act 1970.
• Right to Work Records: Maintained for the duration of the working relationship plus 2 years following cessation, pursuant to Home Office statutory guidance.
• Unsuccessful Candidate Applications: Securely deleted after 6 months unless candidate requests retention on our talent reserve for future opportunities.
